The Dry Falls, also known as Upper Cullasaja Falls, is a 20 meter (65 ft.) waterfall located in Highlands, North Carolina, USA.
The waterfall flows over an overhanging cliff that allows visitors to walk up behind the falls, in a path with a picturesque fence along it, and remain relatively dry when the water flow is low. However, it has a good amount of water year-round.
